Getting the right amount of
funding at the right time is typically make-or-break
situation for most early stage startups. With many
customers sitting on sidelines and delaying purchases to
go through the economic winter, external funding becomes
the critical source for your 'cash-flow' needs. That
said, many investors are also finding it a challenging
environment, with many not able to raise any new money
and as such not being able to invest in new startups. With all the bad news around, there's still money
available for startups. The milestones that investors
are looking for changed plus it is often taking longer
to get the money. At this month's TechCoire
meeting, we've assembled a stellar team of
entrepreneurs/CEOs who share their secrets for getting
funding in the past few months. They will share
insights into questions such as:
-
What's attracting investor's attention these days?
-
What milestones are they seeking?
-
How do you know if you are on the
right path to funding?
-
How do you select the right investors to approach now
(and not waste your time chasing the wrong investor)
-
How do the terms look like these days?
-
What timeframes and deadlines can you expect?
-
What strategies work and what doesn't work?
All of our panelists have
secured/closed funding in the last six months and will
share their success story on how to attract investment
capital in the current climate. Seating to non-members
is on a first-come, first-serve, limited seating
arrangement. Register early to reserve your spot.
