So, as a startup, you managed to survive the meltdown and even land some key customers. But before you realize, it is time to ask for more money to expand your growing company. Many companies are still raising money in today's environment although the rules of engagement have changed.

- How can you get the highest valuation for this round, even if valuations in the market are lower?
- What strategies should you use to negotiate term sheet to your advantage?
