With
dwindling budgets and cost-sensitive customers,
positioning your product or service has become more
critical than ever before.
Every vendor is battling for the slice of the
customer’s spending and as such, you need to position
and price your product to be perceived in the right
away. Pricing,
which has become even more important in the current
meltdown is a critical element of your overall
positioning as well. In
tough economies, people demand proven value and more
skeptical than ever of unfounded claims, overhyped value
propositions and dubious contributions to their business
and lives.
Join Paul Wiefels from Chasm Group as he shares some of
the best practices and success stories from leading
technology vendors and shares with you the art and
science of positioning technology-based products. He
will address some of the following topics:\
-
What role does strategic positioning play in the
current market climate?
-
How do you position your product effectively versus
your competitors?
-
What are the elements of an effective value
proposition?
What makes a value proposition relevant?
-
Are the benefits you claim the same ones that
customers value?
-
Pricing for cost vs. value: Which models work and
which do not?
-
What role do ROI play in the new business climate?
Do you know what the true cost of adopting
your product really is?
-
How does a chosen value proposition influence your
business model?
If you are a Founder, CEO or VP of
Marketing of a technology-based business, you cannot
afford to ignore this event. Register Today to
reserve your spot.
