As a first-time entrepreneur, you are looking at getting the business going at whatever cost. But wait.. there are several things you need to know about your stock and ownership and how it can impact your future when you take external funding - be it private equity, angel investment or debt.  At our upcoming TechCoire event,  our guest speaker Larry Albukerk will address several issues including:

- Capital structure for venture-backed companies
- Amount of the company a founder typically owns at various stages of the startup
- Managing dilution and keeping your eye on the prize
- Types of founder stock vs. investor stock and why it matters
- Industry standard structure and terms
- What terms matter and what they mean
- How to set valuations now and in the future

If you are an entrepreneur starting out, this is an event you cannot afford to ignore.  The information you learn from this seminar can save you thousands of dollars as you raise money and set your cap table. Seating is limited, so please register early.
